IntelliLight Labs is being built by people who arrived at the same question from neuroscience, from engineering and from economics: what changes when the environment itself is treated as something that can be designed?

Pahul Sachdeva
The question came first. The company came after it.
Pahul Sachdeva is the Founder and CEO and original creator of IntelliLight Labs. Her background is in neuroscience, with a particular interest in the relationship between human behavior, cognition and the physical environments in which people work, learn and live.
IntelliLight Labs originated in her honors senior-year thesis, where she spent an extended period examining questions around environmental conditions, cognition and performance. That research became the intellectual starting point for the company.
As Founder and CEO, Pahul works alongside Shayan every day, holding the central thesis, the brand direction and the longer arc of the vision, and co-designing the research behind the product, including the 42-student pilot.

Shayan Bhatti
Turning a thesis into something testable, buildable and real.
Shayan Bhatti is IntelliLight Labs's Founding Engineer for Data and AI and leads much of the company's active technical development and analytical build-out.
He architected the pipeline streaming dock, lighting and audio telemetry into one dataset of 1,200+ study sessions, co-designed the 42-student pilot and built the first personalization model. He also functions as IntelliLight Labs's resident data analyst, building the evidence and measurement infrastructure behind the product, the work that decides what gets built, what gets tested, how information is structured and which assumptions survive contact with validation.
The point is not dashboards. The point is that research, behavioral information and product testing become structured evidence that can change the product.
